Synopsis

Darren ‘King Chaos’ Kingston, has spent the last five years chasing glory in the ring, leaving behind his small town and the love of his life, Adeline. After a brutal fight leaves him injured, his mother convinces him to finally return to the place he once called home to spend the holidays and heal.

Adeline Miller, has spent the last five years picking up the pieces of her life and just trying to keep everything together. From running her new café to becoming the sole guardian of her four-year-old niece, Posie, after her sister abandons her. She feels like her life is moments away from falling apart when the man who broke her heart walks through her café door.

The scars of the past still linger, but neither Adeline nor Darren can deny the attraction that still burns between them. Darren is determined to prove that he has changed and that he's ready to fight for Adeline's heart. But Adeline struggles to trust him and is wary of being hurt again.
